The Institute was established in 2026 and its first studies are in the field. When each one finishes it will be listed here with what we found, the limitations, and the outputs — whether or not the results were what we expected.
Four ways to work on these with us
We are actively looking for people and organisations to join the projects above. Tell us which project, and what you would bring.
Researchers and co-investigators
Epidemiologists, health economists, methodologists and qualitative researchers whose work overlaps with a question above. Authorship is agreed in writing before work starts, under ICMJE criteria.
Universities, hospitals and research organisations
Clinical and field site access, joint grant applications, shared supervision, and formal agreements for longer collaborations.
Funders
Fund a study on our agenda, or commission one on your own question. Funding is disclosed on every output, and it does not buy a finding.
Field partners
Organisations with data-collection capacity in Bangladesh, working to our protocols, consent procedure, supervision and quality checks — and our safeguarding policy.
Students and early-career researchers are welcome to write to us too. Where a project has a genuine role for you, we will say so — and where it does not, we will say that as well.
Terms in writing before any work starts

| 5 · Ethics | Any change to a study's team or protocol goes to its ethics committee where the approval requires it |
Every project listed here will carry its question, design, setting, period, funder, partners, ethical approval, findings with limitations, and outputs. Where a detail is not shown yet, the study has not reached that stage, or the funder or ethics committee has not yet cleared it for publication.
