ACADEMIC
Joint studies, co-supervision of postgraduate research, methodological clinics for a department, and shared grant applications — under an MoU that names the roles.
CLINICAL & HOSPITAL
Study access, real-world evidence work, patient-experience research and facility assessment, with the host institution's ethics committee as the review route.
DEVELOPMENT
Consortium roles on evaluations and assessments, where we contribute design, analysis and Bangladesh field capability.
COMMUNITY
Awareness programmes designed around formative research rather than assumptions, delivered with organizations already trusted locally.
Our partners
Named partners will be listed here once agreements exist and each partner has confirmed in writing that they are content to be named. We will not publish a logo wall until there are logos we are entitled to display — a padded partner section is read as exactly what it is.
What we agree before starting
- Each party’s contribution, in writing
- Authorship, under ICMJE criteria, agreed in advance
- Which entity contracts — Foundation or company
- Data ownership, access and secondary use
- The ethics review route and who submits
- Publication timetable, and who may publish what
- Confidentiality, and what may be disclosed publicly
Settling these at the start avoids the most common source of dispute in collaborative research. We can supply a draft MoU framework.
