Our standards
How we write here
- Every empirical claim is referenced.
- Where evidence is uncertain, contested or preliminary, we say so.
- We name the author of every piece, with their credentials.
- We distinguish between what a study found, what it suggests, and what we think.
- We do not publish health claims we cannot source.
- We correct errors publicly and promptly.

| References | Numbered, with DOIs or links |
| Related study | Link to the study registry entry, where applicable |
| Related service | Only where genuinely relevant — never a sales pitch |
| About the author | Two sentences plus a link to the full profile |
